1. Who we are
This website, comaco.solutions (the "Website"), is operated by:
COMACO – FZCOIFZA Business Park, Building A1
Dubai Silicon Oasis, 341041 Dubai
United Arab Emirates
Contact: via the contact form on our website
COMACO – FZCO ("COMACO", "we", "us") is the controller of the personal data described in this policy.
2. What data we collect
- Data you send us. When you contact us by email, we receive your email address, your name if you provide it, and the content of your message.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records technical access data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type) to deliver the Website and protect it against abuse.
- Theme preference. If you switch between light and dark mode, that choice is stored in your browser's local storage on your own device. It never leaves your browser and does not identify you.
The Website currently sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. If this changes, this policy will be updated first.
3. Why we process it
- To respond to your enquiry and communicate with you about our services.
- To operate, secure and improve the Website.
- To comply with legal obligations applicable to us in the United Arab Emirates.
4. Legal basis
We process personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) — on the basis of your consent, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the Website and responding to enquiries you initiate, or compliance with our legal obligations.
5. Sharing and transfers
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Website and our email (such as hosting and email providers), bound by contractual confidentiality, or where disclosure is required by law. Where data is processed outside the UAE, we ensure a level of protection consistent with the PDPL.
6. Retention
We keep correspondence only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, or as long as we are legally required to keep it, and delete it afterwards.
7. Your rights
Subject to the PDPL, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office as the competent supervisory authority.
8. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures — including transport encryption (HTTPS) — to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration or loss.
9. Children
The Website is directed at businesses and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page, with the date above, is the current one.
