These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our online coaching services (“Services”) provided by COMACO – FZCO (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Payment Terms and Conditions

Full Payment Option

1.1. Clients opting for full payment must pay the entire course fee upfront for a five-month period.

Installment Payment Option

1.2. Clients opting for installment payments agree to the following schedule:

The first installment is due upfront.
The second installment is due one month after the start of the course, regardless of attendance or the number of sessions attended.
Failure to make the second installment payment on time will result in suspension of services until payment is received.

2. Session Scheduling and Cancellations

Scheduling

2.1. Session scheduling will initially be agreed upon via WhatsApp or Instagram. 2.2. All agreed sessions must be confirmed in writing through email, ensuring a formal record of the schedule.

Cancellations

2.3. Clients must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule a session. 2.4. If proper notice is not given, the session will be considered a no-show.

3. No-Show Policy

3.1. No-shows are considered as sessions completed. 3.2. No refunds or make-up sessions will be provided for no-shows.

4. Refund Policy

4.1. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the service or unused sessions.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, COMACO – FZCO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your use or inability to use our Services.
Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Services.

6. Confidentiality Policy

6.1. All client information will be kept anonymous and confidential. 6.2. We will not disclose any personal information to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1. All coaching materials provided by COMACO – FZCO are protected by intellectual property laws. 7.2. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal use only. 7.3. Reproduction, distribution, or public display of our materials without our written consent is prohibited.

8. Governing Law

8.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, UAE. 8.2. International clients acknowledge that they may be subject to the laws of their respective countries.
